All our rooms are en suite with either bath or shower colour TV tea coffee making facilities and good views.

We also have off street car parking.

We are conveniently situated in a central yet quiet part of Llandudno being at the foot of the Great Orme 300m from the beach and pier and 2 minutes walk from the town's many shops bars and restaurants.

WE WOULD POINT OUT THAT ON THIS WEBSITE WE ENTER OUR AVAILABILITY DETAILS FOR UP TO TEN DAYS IN ADVANCE AND ENDEAVOUR TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE CONSTANTLY UPDATED.

WE CAN'T GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY FOR DATES MORE THAN TEN DAYS AHEAD.

Finally we would point out that we don't normally accept single night bookings.

However if you can see from the diary that we have a one night 'gap' between bookings for a particular room then we would be happy to 'fill the gap'.

In these circumstances we reserve the right to charge a single night supplement.

WE ALSO REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS OVER A BANK HOLIDAY.

Directions:

On arrival in Llandudno take signs for the Promenade and proceed along it in the direction of the Pier and Great Orme the sea is on your right .At the Cenotaph junction turn right so as to keep going along the Promenade and turn left at the mini roundabout into Church Walks. Pass the Empire Hotel on the right hand side and you will find Anglesey House a short distance further along on the left.
