Part of the hotel dates back to the 15th Century. At the turn of the 19th Century the hoetl had an attractive face lift of local granite and Ruabon brick and is now one of Conwy's most photographed buildings. The hotel has 28 bedrooms and suites including the Wynn Suite with a very grand ornately carved four poster bed dated 1570.
